Checklist for listing items
• Data Protection (check office furniture is free of confidential documents /files or folders).
• General Safety (ensure all equipment listed is mechanically robust).
• Fire Safety– (ensure furniture fabric and filler meet current fire regulations).
• Electrical Safety – (ensure PAT certificate is in date for equipment exchanged internally).

ICT Policy: Any equipment that stores electronic data should be returned to ICT as per current policy for redistribution (to meet data protection and cyber security policy).

Electrical items: May be listed or claimed , but please note portable plug in heaters are not allowed in council offices. Please state whether the PAT Test is up to date.
