Rules for using Warp It
Thank you for joining the Carbon CLEVER WarpIt portal. In doing so, you are helping us reduce waste and save money across the Council, and beyond.
Please note that you are prohibited from uploading electrical items such as laptops, mobile phones, pen drives, removable hard drives, or anything which can be used to store data electronically.
It is also important to note that the Carbon CLEVER WarpIt portal is to be used for the redistribution of Highland Council-owned assets and not personal items. Please continue to use the Staff Noticeboard for personal transactions.
Finally, as per the Terms and Conditions, on receipt of any item or items ordered from the Portal you must check the item to ensure that it is of satisfactory quality and fit for your intended use. In particular, if the item comprises Workstation Furniture, you should complete the relevant section of the Council’s Display Screen Equipment Workstation Checklist available on the Occupational Health Safety and Wellbeing page of the Council Intranet, to ensure the item is suitable and fit for purpose before using the item.
